This is the specification for the Trading Agent Competition
– Supply Chain Management Game for 2008 (TAC SCM-08). Agents
are simulations of small manufacturers, who must compete with
each other for both supplies and customers, and manage inventories and
production facilities.
Based on the positive experience with the 2006 and 2007 trading agent competitions, there are no changes for 2008. The only changes in this document in comparison with the 2007 specification is correction of a few of the formulas in Section 4.
